A savage, near-9,000-rpm hybrid V6 with electric torque-fill erasing turbo lag, delivering a flat, relentless surge and a hard, high-pitched wail Ferrari nicknamed 'the little V12.'

The F163 engine is Ferrari's first V6 road-car powerplant since the Dino era of the 1960s-70s, reconnecting the marque with its historic six-cylinder lineage after roughly 50 years.

It is the first Ferrari road car to use a 'hot-vee' layout, nestling the twin turbos inside the 120-degree V for a lower center of gravity.
The wide 120-degree bank angle gives perfectly even firing intervals and drops the engine's center of gravity by about 10mm versus a V8.
With its electric motor, system output exceeds 800 hp from just three liters of displacement.
