The engine

VR30DDTT

Twin-Turbo V6

A muscular, broad-torque twin-turbo six that pulls strongly from low revs, giving the Z its effortless, boosted character. In NISMO tune it's sharpened with GT-R-inspired cooling and ignition upgrades.

The VR30DDTT debuted in Infiniti's Red Sport 400 models before powering the RZ34 Nissan Z, and it shares design DNA with the VR38DETT V6 found in the R35 GT-R.
