3.5L Twin-Turbo V6 with 48V E-Supercharger

A twin-turbo V6 augmented by a 48-volt electric supercharger that all but erases turbo lag, giving immediate low-rpm response and a seamless, eager surge. It feels punchier off idle than a conventional turbo six of similar size.

A Hyundai Motor Group V6 fitted with Genesis's 48V e-supercharger and mild-hybrid starter-generator, used in the GV80 Coupe. It builds on the group's established twin-turbo V6 lineage with electrified boosting.

The electric supercharger spins up below about 1,750 rpm to fill in boost before the turbos are fully awake.
The 48V mild-hybrid system harvests energy under braking and can assist the drivetrain during steady cruising.
With the e-supercharger, output rises to roughly 409 hp versus about 380 hp for the non-assisted version.
