2.0L Turbo I4

A smooth, broad-shouldered turbo four that delivers its torque low and flat, giving the Acadia V6-like muscle from a smaller, lighter package with a dual-scroll turbo for quick response.

From GM's EcoTec engine family, this 2.0-liter turbo (the LTG and later refined LSY variants) became a mainstay across Chevrolet, GMC, Buick and Cadillac, arriving as an Acadia option for 2020.

It uses GM's Tri-Power valvetrain to vary valve lift across the rev range, switching between low and high lift for efficiency or power.
Active Fuel Management can shut down two cylinders under light load to save fuel.
Its dual-scroll turbo is designed to build low-speed torque, with peak twist available from about 1,500 rpm.
