The engine

Quad-Motor All-Wheel-Drive Electric

Four independent motors produce a staggering 1,914 PS and 1,741 lb-ft, with millisecond torque vectoring to each wheel that makes the Nevera both savagely fast and uncannily precise.

Designed and built by Rimac Automobili in Croatia, founded by Mate Rimac, who began the company after electrifying an old BMW E30 in his garage. It is the brand's first series production hypercar.

Each wheel has its own carbon-sleeve permanent-magnet motor, inverter, and single-speed gearbox, enabling true software-controlled torque vectoring.
In 2023 the Nevera set 23 performance records in a single day, including 0-60 mph in 1.74 seconds.
Production is capped at just 150 cars, and Rimac also supplies its EV expertise to brands like Bugatti through the Bugatti Rimac joint venture.
